DUTIES

1) To provide services related to management information systems in cooperation with relevant units.

2) To coordinate the studies regarding the Ministry Legislation Information System.

3) To carry out and follow up the work and procedures related to answering the written questions of the Deputies transferred to our Ministry from the TBMM (Grand National Assembly of Turkey), the Presidency and other Ministries.

4) To follow the agenda of the Turkish Grand National Assembly and negotiation issues related to our Ministry and, if necessary, to carry out the relevant procedures according to the instructions of the Authority.

5) To ensure the coordination of written and verbal affairs related to our Ministry from non-agenda, research and investigation proposals and from the Specialization Commissions of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

6) To coordinate the Turkish Statistical Institute's Official Statistics Program.

7) To determine the authorities authorized to sign on behalf of the Minister in the central organization of the Ministry and to prepare the directive on signature powers in order to bind them to the principles.

8) To carry out studies on the standard file plan and communication codes.

9) To prepare weekly or monthly activity reports and other periodic reports as needed.

10) To ensure the coordinating and monitoring of the preparations of the Public Service Inventory regarding the business processes of the Ministry.

11) To fulfill the duties assigned to the Strategy Development Directorate with ALO 181 Call Center Task Distribution Directive.

12) To manage the web site of the Presidency, to coordinate the activities related to the content.

13) To fulfill other duties assigned by the Department Head of Strategy Development.
